  2. 🔥 Melting: Metal is melted in controlled furnaces to achieve uniform fluidity.

  3. ⚙️ Alloying: Specific elements like Magnesium, Silicon, Copper, Zinc, or Manganese are added to achieve targeted properties.

  4. 🧪 Refining & Degassing: The molten alloy undergoes impurity removal and density optimization.

  5. 🧱 Casting: The final alloy is cast into ingots or billets, ready for supply or extrusion.

  6. Quality Testing: Each batch is spectrographically tested to ensure precise composition and strength.
